The packaged never arrived even though I sent it to the exact address, which was the shop she worked at in an outlet centre - i was more than happy to refund even though I stated not being liable for lost packages but buyer is still upset and gave me a bad feedback for never receiving it???

Hi there! The size of the shoes is a size 5, and you sold them to me saying they are size 6, the brand isn't even known to Australian sites! We agreed on a price and you accepted my offer and it wasn't for a good deal anyways, the heels were very dirty inside, I wouldn't want to wear them if they fit because they look very un hygienic. The heel size was not an issue, I wear heels often. I was happy with your fast replies, but description was way off!
