Cancelled the deal after paying, gusto refund but refused to provide refund details even when I agreed to refund na (disapprove at first because of carousell rules, eventually exempting her offered to replace nalang if ayaw). Gave condescending remark, said wag nalang, mukhang kailangang kailangan mo yung pera e. Very rude by saying para happy ka. Surprised I was upset pa? Very Unprofessional.
Sent 500 as payment but asked NICELY for an 80% refund when I realized I no longer needed the item for a costume event. You refused and insisted I choose among the 6 OTHER (ugly) LISTINGS. When I said I’m not interested in anything else, you made up a sad story about turning down another buyer, you’re not open to refunds, yada yada. And Carousell rules??? It’s been 1hr and you haven’t shipped anything. You keep making things up. 🙄 Sorry the 500 made off my blunder wasn’t enough to keep you happy
