It took very very long time for her to send out the products after I paid, I had to chase her otherwise I wouldn't received it as the parcel was sitting there for very long time and she forgot about them totally. At last, when products arrived, there were a few items I didn't order, there're some missing. Plus, those I've ordered were broken. I've paid for 9 items. When I chased her on phone, i did remind to check whether she has the right items, she never said she doesn't have some items.
