It irks me knowing we both don't know that the courier she used needs full name for my parcel to be released and yet she gave me a 3-star review when I paid on time. As a buyer, I only asked for assistance as the courier here in my location told me that the seller should notify the courier's branch there and email my full name to confirm my details so that I can get my parcel. Just seen, no reply
