Does not justify the fact that you yourself took days to reply and week to only ship the product, if you do not want to sell it to me or wasn’t satisfied with the fact that I wasn’t able to show up on the first meeting (fyi I had a fever and couldn’t wake up at all, seems like you have 0 empathy..) 1 day delay is quite massively different from 1 week delay, and it seems to me that you do not think it’s even problematic that you delayed for so long to begin with!! You never even apologised for it
