Seller needs to really double check the length of the shoes before selling. I was assured that it is 24.5cm. I am very disappointed!

I told buyer I'm 24.5cm and it fits me. She chose to make her purchase with this information. Research will also show Ferragamo 7.5 is for 24.5cm length. Buyer picked up in person and could have tried before leaving, but did not. Offered a full refund immediately upon notice of her problem, but there was no reply from buyer since. Would have been easier to just donate because it is not worth all this hassle for $20. Should count her lucky stars that she scored Ferragamos for that price.
