backed out in the end when delivery was too expensive

Follow-up review

delivery ended up being $6 and i packed and cushioned the item, went out to the post office alr. asked to top up $3 while i covered the rest (alr gave discount initially), did not want n cancelled when i suggested stations that were a few mrt stations away from her suggested locations (not across the island), q disappointing but well, do note if ur buying smth bigger than 65mm from someone else

Seller initially agreed w $9 for fast deal including mailing but ended up telling me that mailing was $6 and i needed to pay for half of it, after i paid the price stated in the chat. Transaction was not transparent, expecting buyers to pay for such "hidden fees" that were not stated before payment is unethical, I don't see why it is wrong for me to back out. It is seller's responsibility to state the *actual* mailing fees before posting anything on your listing (mailing fees were $2 on listing)
