ITEM NOT TRUE TO DESCRIPTION. AND seller can only say NO REFUNDS as stated in description. INSISTED that the problem with me is unfair to her when i purchased TWO of the NON AUTHENTIC tote bag without HESITATION. ASKED for refund as i clearly can’t use the tote bag because the strap is AS SHORT AS HELL. (for kids maybe) not even a normal tote bag. Didn’t refund me full, but $10. cheap.
