I reached late but seller was very patient and understanding! However, I am disappointed the way the seller handled the situation of the faulty headset he sold to me.
Please note that all our products have been checked before it is being listed. And it’s checked once again before the meet-up/being sent for delivery. I met up with you for the second time and gave you the benefit of doubt after you told me that the headset is faulty. You checked it in person, and there is nothing wrong. But the next day, you told me that it cannot be used, when you’re the one who checked the headset by yourself. Please review honestly. (TURTLEBEACH XO STEALTH FOUR HEADPHONES)

If you have changed your decision, perhaps it will be more appropriate and courteous to inform the seller. Just ignoring and keeping mum behind the keyboard is an irresponsible time wasting act.
