He respected what we planned but at the same time provided recommendations when we were not sure where to go. He was not pushy about payment and was cool about how it was to be done. Awesome service. Pls take their service if u need a driver when going to batam. Albert is very helpful and friendly. We were assigned with a driver called Mike. A very nice chap who drove us around to places that we wanted to go too. We had nice long chat with Mike when he was driving us around. I had a very good driver and I will highly recommend people to take Albert service.

Funtastic (fantastic+fun) driver.Had the best trip in batam thanks to him. Albert drove us around to experience batam city life, planned a great itinerary and didnt bring us to boring tourist traps!Being trillingual, able to communicate in english,chinese and behasa melayu. Brought us to many delicious food.Furthermore my friend left speakers in his car and he came all the way back for us! Very respectful, fun and friendly driver who entertained us well!

Never regretted contacting Albert! Truly awesome experience with him as a guide / driver (there was also very respectful mr. Mono who drove the car most of the trip) was very patient and attentive. Gave great options / destinations for itineraries. Great stories exchanged during the day trip. Don’t doubt to engage him if ever you need his services in batam. Not pushy and very flexible! Had a very good experience with the service provided. The only small issue is that the driver don't really understand english but as I said is just a small issue. The boss will settle it for you. Good job and well done.
