TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! On 3/3, u gave me ur bank acc no. On 4/3, I transferred as u said ASAP payment. 5/3, u said deliver tat day. 10/3, Package didn’t arrive. Msged u. 11/3, U said u sick & will deliver on 12/3. 13/3, I demanded answer fm u. 14/3, u said u will deliver ‘soon’. 18/3, u said u delivering on that day itself. It is now 21/3 – NO TRACKING NUMBER NO REPLY. Buyers – do not buy from this lady. I have been buying for over 2 years in Carousell but NEVER HAVE I MET someone like you.

RUDE & Unreasonable. Was so insistent on getting my ELF palette, so I said will provide free shipping above RM50. She picked 1 item, which I made the mistake of not updating that it was already sold. I apologized, said she can pick something that was slightly higher in price for total RM50 still enjoy free shipping, but customer accused me of bluffing & just dropped the whole offer. Customer was ready to drop sale over an item she wasn't interested in in the first place. Not a good experience.
