Bought 4 bottles of the facial wash but was delivered three correctly, the fourth being a bottle of toner. Seller refused to make good on the wrong delivery and provide 1 to 1 replacement. I was made to pay an additional delivery fee before the seller agreed to replace. Also the bottles were dented but still usable. At least the seller should be upfront about the condition of the bottles.
Not sure how this petty kid was able to leave a review w/o even leaving an offer. It wanted a further discount on already very heavily discounted items. Agreed to exchange wrong item even though I highly doubted it as I’d never had a single issue seeing as though e items are packed and sent straight from TBS closest to you. When my courier reached its condo, it refused to hand the $15 bottle over making a major fuss & yelling “I WILL TAKE YOU TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT!” HAH 😂😂 Pic showed no dents.
