Communications thru messages were smooth.It got ugly when collecting the item.Seller said he can help facilitate the delivery.I decided to get a transport myself.Called seller to meet downstairs as im w toddler.He said item too heavy and big,need to collect from his 14th storey flat.Reminded him that he said he will facilitate delivery by bringing it downstairs.He agreed.When i reach,seller complained that i should come upstairs.He said,"U havent paid yet!" SO RUDE! i paid and said BYE&THANKS!
Hi, Thanks for the feedback! During discussions about delivery, I said it’s self-collect but I can hire a transport if you pay for it. You decided to bring our own cab i.e. self collect. Regarding cabinet, you ask me to bring down the cabinet (no mention of your baby). I reasoned and your wife agreed only to call 2 mins later to negotiate the price again. I agreed to bring cabinet downstairs but realizing you were already carrying a trolley, I pointed out which somehow upset you.
