Great seller to deal with! Speedy replies and was nice to talk to. I like the way she approach us. I love her as a seller, all in all 🤗
I had contacted this buyer asking if they would like to buy an item because they had shown interest, they had made an offer that I was willing to accept which was a discount to what I originally posted the item for. Right after I accept the offer she says she doesn’t want it anymore after she offered something!
It's a misunderstanding. I realized it was the wrong product, right after I made the offer and she accepted it. I didn't want to buy it anymore for it was a different eyeshadow palette. I apologized twice for what I did, but she handled it poorly.
