Left me on seen thrice, refused to refund despite it being her mistake, replies late even when dealing, item wasn’t properly wrapped and was leaking. Dealing with this person was a genuine pain and they leave you on read whenever they realised they don’t want to pay for their own mistakes !! Watch out if they make a new account or approach u bc if they make a mistake, you won’t be compensated 💕
