Lobang was great. quick to reply and make arrangements. He changed wheels and handles on 02 sets of Lojel Cubo luggage (a M and L sized). He even did rather deep cleaning which I did not ask for or suggested, so he does go the extra mile in helping. Cheers and have a good trip to Fukuoka soon. For everyone else, Cubo is a sturdy piece so only the wheels and handles need this repair , go for it!
