Follow-up review
Client was satisfied & happy after I completed the nails, but she proceeds to ask for a refund at night on the same day of appt. Offered her a FOC touch up appointment but she kept rejecting, only insisted on a refund. Refunds are not possible as stated in listing, however I proceeded with a $10 refund out of courtesy. Is this a scam?
