Experience was a mixed bag. Buyer was decisive in making an offer without low balling and placing a deposit to reserve the items, so that was good. However, he tried to renegotiate it shortly after the offer was accepted. Thereafter, changed his mind on pick up date on the pick up day itself. Was late on pick up time. Only informed of delay at the appointed time after seller dropped him a note.
