accepted offer. made appointment and confirmed to meet at his requested venue. confirmed again upto an hour before sale. he changed venue to vivo city even though I reached his place at specified time. we went to vivo and tried calling and messaging many times but he switched off fone after 2 attemptscalling. didnt reply to messages makin us wait 45min
