Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this buyer as he / she kept insisting to meetup at his / her condo instead of the nearest mrt. Then after much text exchanged, finally decided and make an offer. And then come back telling me that he / she found cheaper deal elsewhere and decided to cancel this deal. So buyer is pretty indecisive.
