Paid for registered mail, but seller did not include a return address and used pen for the address, which smudged, causing delivery failure and the parcel to be unrecoverable by return. SingPost confirmed this and I had to pay $21.80 to retrieve it. Seller claimed no liability and became unresponsive. Very irresponsible and unfair. Would not recommend. ๐๐ผ

I provided clear mailing proof which you acknowledged. In the pictures of the parcel that you sent me later, the address was completely wiped off. I am not liable for the mishandling of the parcel by Singpost as I have explained to you multiple times. If it had instead been my seller error, I would reimburse without question. You did not pay for registered mail. When purchasing, you asked if mailing was tracked and I said yes. Smartpac is tracked but NOT registered.
