the seller provided false info about the item. she claimed that there was a 3-4cm wide base when there was no base at all. initial listing pic showed a shopee product - paper bag with a base, it has now changed to the actual item (pic by seller). i tried to clarify with seller and requested a refund but i was ignored, despite her being online everyday. item bought on 22/12, it has been a week.

Prioritise her order, rushed down to meet her, went down to where she is convenient as suspected that she was a student. It might be dangerous for her. Still asked her to be careful on her way. I didn't open the packet so I won't know. I opened and added new photos on my post after her comment. She didn't mention any kind deeds I did but just asked for refund. So entitled. Can we buy something and open the thing from a shop and ask for refund just becs the shop assistant make a small mistake?
Seller was nice, responsive,and accommodating, and the product came as advertised.
