I overlooked a chip in the teapot when checking, honest mistake! Messaged to offer a full refund but no response. :/ Gave me negative feedback before I could do anything.
You deserved that negative feedback as nobody overlooks a chip when I've specifically said my mum hates chipped China. You are not an honest person at all. Get real. Hence there is no such thing as an honest mistake. Admit it, you just wanted to get rid of your dodgy product plus it was horrendously dirty inside. I've got photos to prove it. I'm not going to give you my bank account details. You can keep my money. Honesty is the best policy & stop paying peeps to write you those 'great' feedback

In first, I'm keep say sorry (on phone call, and she which not accepted) when I'm finish my work late (I'm a working labor)and she cancel the meeting （5mins before meeting time) just coz I can't Make it on time( knew is horrible to be late for meeting,but I already on my way now, almost there) if anyone want to make meeting with her, best recommend be here early as you can(like 10mins or even early)and answer her any of text ASAP otherwise she will be really upset.
Latecomers form a profound grief of unfairness and live in their own realm of selfishness constructed by lies which has got no sense of dignity or pride in their skills of time management. She obviously is a joke to herself and the society we live in. I clearly suggest all buyers to stay away unless you love to be tormented by her disillusionment of not answering your messages.
