約定面交日期從當天早上七點詢問幾點交收一直到下午16:48才說17:00交收，只留給賣家12分鐘的時間要衝到面交地點根本來不及，之後再次詢問要約何時交收卻只得到很忙沒時間回覆的回答，並且把問題推回給賣家說出"我相信這是現貨並非你故意為了我而定的"的結論，不願意多付郵資也沒有誠意再約時間交收，經過多天商量未果只好給予負評。
