This buyer initially made several low ball offers on several Items we advertised and we politely rejected all her offers. However, she counter offered and we accepted although we still gave her substantial discounts. During the process of her ordering items she liked, she made several changes that we patiently accepted, even though we have to do the time-consuming effort to go back several times to our storage to get them. We consider this just part of a selling. When we thought she finally made her final selections, we sent her a picture of the items before we had it delivered. She confirmed that they were the right items and so we booked the delivery. However, when she got them, she angrily responded that we shipped the wrong items! and threatened immediately that she would give us a bad review. She even demanded (not requested) that we ship the items she want for free. Which we refused as we have proof that she confirmed that we have shipped the right items with the picture we sent her. We have been selling in Carousell for years and we have been dealing honestly with all our buyers even though some of them have been difficult and demanding. However, we consider this just part of the business of directly dealing with buyers. But this buyer has been the most difficult to deal with so we decided to no longer deal with her and blocked her account.
