Would appreciate more understanding since we mentioned that we’re flying off. Ours was a midnight flight & items were collected 8.30-9pm that night. As parents, shouldn’t you know how chaotic it can be since we were in a rush. Left a 2 stars review about us not having basic courtesy but you didn’t respond when we texted an apology immediately when we’re back in Sg.

So much so for giving away free baby clothes. The clothes were left unattended at the lift area, i asked for an update cos i want to make sure it was the right party who picked up. I think it’s basic that you update once collected and ending with a simple thx would be nice. If you/your hub has time to come over to pick up, pretty sure you have few secs to spare to return a message. I guess you only bothered to reply to msg only after receiving my negative review and after your trip.
