Received my item

Made payment on the 6th of Nov, told me that she will send out the day after that but failed to do so thn got back to me about a week later tht she will only send it "at the end of this month". Item reached me on the 14th of Dec which is more then a month after payment. Left a neutral feedback & not a negative one just because i have received it.
