Fraud! Pls stay away from this seller This seller disappeared after I paid her. She disappeared for 1 year. After several attempts to contact carousell management, then she finally replied. Then she just told me it's lost mail without evidence and its "out of goodwill". Not apologetic at all. That's why I refused to take off the negative feedback. And the best part, she threatened me that if I don't remove her negative feedback, she will have no choice but to leave me negative feedback.
Issue has been resolved and partial refund provided to buyer for item lost in mail but buyer refuses to remove negative feedback
