If you're fussy, you could've rejected the deal and buy it's newest gen at more than double the price from retailers outside. The calculator was not mailed to you. We met up at a well-lit place, you did a check and the condition of the calculator was accepted by you on the spot. Reasonably, I should not be liable thereafter.
