The piano as normal is functional. The tone is terribly bad as mentioned by my piano teacher. I m buying a new piano in time to come n ask them to remove this junk which u sell to me for $550. Well its rather cheap but if i know...i rather use this $ to top up n purchase a new set. This used piano u sell me on behalf on ur frd actually can be tune but after tune...it will still out of tone .. so they asked me to save the $ n buy a new set.. u get it? A beginner cant use a out of tone piano.
Firstly, i am not aware that the company will be able to buy the piano back. Did you not inspect and test the piano before you buy it? If the piano is not in working order, i will not offer to post on her behalf. What was the reason given for not being able to tune? I do not provide aftersales service for the piano as i dun own the piano. You've disposed the piano? If yes, how do you expect me to try and resolve this amicably? I will get in touch w her and revert. Thanks.
