準買家比訂金後暫時失聯。希望他安全，沒有危險。 如果放棄訂金唔購買，講聲就可以。如未能如期成交，將會根據協議沒收買家訂金，多謝你先。😁
買賣雙方已經透過whatsapp聯絡，並沒有失聯， 合約講明重大事故過戶唔到。 若果係賣方嘅責任，就要交還訂金。原車主都唔願意將標板顯示嘅問題移除，仲要買家幫你換機油 以便達至 錶板顯示問題得以解決。部車已到驗車時間，要 處理錶板嘅 問題 顯示 才可以續牌 這樣 嘅話冇辦法讓部車過到運輸署嘅驗車。作為準買家都唔預你會交還個訂金㗎喇。這個其實要交還的。準車主已經承諾畀錢換機油 但賣方又要喺未成交之前已經要求過數 對於準買家嚟講係完全冇保障，即是要求準買家喺未交易之前幫佢換機油。還有合約預定嘅交易日期都未到，賣方就已經喺其他網站 推銷自己部車喇 咁係咩意思呢。
