Great buyer, easy to deal with!

Despite the item being described as being in "good condition" the item was faulty. There was clear damage when it arrived causing the item not to work at all. The seller refused to return the money paid even after I offered to return the item so the damage could be seen. Be careful when dealing with this seller. Edit: the damage was battery leakage. There were no batteries included, so the damage could only have occurred prior to transit. I've tried explaining this to the seller several times.
