Shoe customisation was 8/10. Reason being some of the butterflies are not sticked well. I needed to iron the stickers so they would fully stick to the shoe. Had some issues during the process (Longer waiting time as the shoe ordered by her was the wrong size. Waited about a month). However, seller was really responsive and super friendly. She also apologises for her mistake. Overall, good job ! 🥰
