Great buyer, very patient and smooth communication throughout.
Buyer kept insisting that the toy was useless, and the toy was unusable and kept asking for her money back. This was totally unreasonable for me as I had clearly stated the condition it was in when listing it on carousell, as well as letting her check everything before purchasing in person. She kept spam calling me, and it was during work hours, which i found very disruptive.
The ad mentioned missing parts but NOT that it affected functionality - that's dishonest. This was a Christmas present for my son and I was devastated to find it completely unusable. If you don't know how your items work, you shouldn't sell them. A responsible seller would clearly state if something can't be played with. An honest seller would have understood the situation.
