I sold the product as working (with videos sent as proof) then she proceeds to harass me saying that it doesn't work. How come? I sent it working, then as she receives it it's already defective? the unit have a free replacement warranty with the manufacturer, but still decides to harass me about it instead of doing action to contact the manufacturer for replacement. Very unprofessional.
