I engaged Ji instead of others b/c he was very patient in answering my numerous questions. his price is reasonable, & when I requested for him to return to rectify the painting work in one of my room, he readily agreed without making excuses, which shows his responsibility to the job. One area of improvement for Ji is to take better care of the surrounding and not get paint on (eg) window grills which I have difficulty to remove even thou water based paint was used. Overall recommended! Thanks!
