Insulators were missing, used n definitely for quite a period of time....didn't accept the negotiation...travelled the dìstance for a total waste of time....no hard feelings..cheers!
Please do not resort to insults with abusive language. There is no insulator stated on the product description or photo. You cannot ask for something that does not exist, and then try to lower the price to put my son on the spot. The Black & Decker youtube is an example of a similar model from a different brand. A youtube of a newer Rubbermaid model has also been provided. Pls be respectful and treat your seller as you wish to be treated.
