I did check on the machine before selling, and I was the one asking you to check and check again. I don’t sell faulty machine and none of my customer have this issue before. I did apologise on the spot and try to change the unit for you because you need it urgently. I don’t expect you to understand and accept my apologise but please do not throw all your anger and comment irresponsibly.
