Needed to educate the customer what PRE-ORDER method is. She offered and pre-ordered 3 phones but was not willing to follow the pre-order method. I informed customer that I will be willing to risk money to buy pre ordered items but I just needed and assurance that she will not back out. She made an alibi and backed out.
