The laptop worked perfectly when I owned it. In fact, it was still practically new. A time constraint prevented us from thoroughly testing all ports. After transitioning from Ubuntu to Windows, the buyer encountered an issue with one of the USB ports. It's unclear how this problem occurred after the sale. I sincerely regret this situation and, unfortunately, don't see an easy resolution.
