Very responsive and detailed, though he was delayed when meeting for transaction. Printed a 4(H)x4(L)x3cm(W) pathfinder figurine. Details on character (face, cape, weapon, spell cast) are really good, but finish was quite poor. Some support bits were still there. I paid $30 for 2 figurines and an extra $10 for support removal. He said there were bound to be mistakes, but given that I have paid just a bit more for a better finish with other sellers, I'd say this was overpriced for what I got.
