Not an easy guy. Just to clarify, I made and offer and the seller took a long time to consider. In the mean time I found another article, and when he accepted my offer I immediately informed him that another seller had accepted my offer before him. To my surprise, he didn't like that someone else accepted my offer before him and left a bad comment on me. Be careful buyers if you don't buy his articles.
to clarify, buyer have discussed and made consideration, I (seller) accepted the offer , but immediately buyer say found another item without much regret, that goes to show how serious buyer is. objectively there appears to be an agreement, me as seller don't mind meeting up for buyer to test and even buyer decline I'm happy. but not when buyer simply make commitments and not take it seriously
