Shocked by rating :-( I didn't promise tools - we were in middle of moving house & all were packed. I did promise umbrella would break into 2 parts & unfortunately it didn't easily & diff tools were needed. We found WD-40 & my husb tried to dismantle but potential buyer had stripped screw. We did our best in all manners of the sale- comms, extra photos, on time etc, but buyer left w/out saying goodbye, seemingly angry from heat & his lack of prep. Another buyer was able to easily dismantle.
