Initial offer was made on 17 July told me that he is not able to deposit on the day so he told me next day.I waited and he told me he forgot.So i waited and waited till i knock some sense into him ytd.Since then MIA. P.S: Your Promises to sellers matters cause you had promised to complete a transaction , Its not only your time youre wasting.You're also wasting the sellers time and slots that he cater esp for you to deal with him.He has things to do too.
