I had a great experience with Jin when choosing my gown. She was patient and accommodating, letting me try on several gowns until I finally found the one. The entire process was smooth, from fitting to pick-up and return. Everyone loved my gown and I keep getting compliments on it. Jin even lent me the bouquet and veil which really complemented the look!
