Easygoing buyer
Fast and decisive
Very fast deal, buyer was easy to talk to and very understanding of my situation.
offer accepted by seller but was told later that another offer came through and picked it up and it was sold. not the best of dealing ethics.

It was picked up for a nominal $5 and a commitment made to pick up straight away. Not being scheduled on a Sunday is a relieve.
