Bad bad bad! Mia for super long (up to weeks). And then the reason for late response is always the same. Felt that the seller is not sincere and taking things not seriously. Bought two pairs of NB and has responded to her collection timing (according to her schedule and location), but to receive no reply from her since 5 days. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Seller delays responses and MIAs for long periods of time. Had a bad experience waiting for 3pairs of shoes over two months and ended up getting nothing. Even had to threaten a report to get back my refund. The one pair she claimed to have sent never arrived & i never got proof of it. So disappointed. Always make sure she accepts your offer before making payment so you can leave feedback good OR bad. Report to carousell if you face similar experience!

I bought 3 pairs of shoes from her and my friends absolutely love them. They were packed in boxes so they don't get damaged during delivery. How considerate! Even more noteworthy is her post-sales service which is excellent. One pair wasn't received and I contacted her for advice. Instead of ignoring my situation since I opted for nm, her response was immediate & reassuring, calling up the post office to check and I just got my shoes at the post office just before cny.
