Dishonest seller! The Preloved cage was advertised as “LIGHTLY USED” & I even confirmed with him before I made payment. The cage received was missing 1 of the crucial clip that secured the whole cage. I informed him & he simply pushed the blame to his “NIECE”. I asked for full refund & the cage to be collected but he refused & give me all kind of craps. Trashing your reputation just for $20! LOL

WHY ARE YOU SELLING A FAULTY CAGE IN THE FIRST PLACE?! IT’S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK & ENSURE IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION BEFORE PASSING IT TO BUYER. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT LIVE ANIMAL STAYING IN THAT CAGE. HAVE SOME CONSCIENCE PLEASE. A GENUINE SELLER WILL DO THE RIGHTFUL THING! BUT TOO BAD THIS SELLER PROVED OTHERWISE. You can keep my money & hope you live well with it!

Actions were already taken to search for the missing clip but buyer insisted on a refund and refused to give us time to remedy. Even to the extent of messaging 6.30am asking continuously about it. Throughout the discussion I've never make any unkind remarks towards her but I was instead labelled as scammer, junk dealer etc. Get real, 20 bucks gets noone anywhere. Take it as an excuse or whatever you deem fit, i shall not argue with you as it makes totally no sense.
