見交收評論已超差，仲要求減價。 但交收前，買家（工人姐姐）強烈要求星期日2時。 但到正式交收時間，沒影。致電時說自己在中環便cut 線。簡直浪費時間，濫用此群。 大家都無需要跟這類人交收，更已舉報。

Unanimously agree with the comments of the traded buyer that the habitual bids disappeared after a good date and time! 一致同意交易賣及買方的意見，約定的日期和時間之後，與被評論紀錄慣常的出價消失了沒有交代！

Another one of those who made an offer then gone disappeared. Terrible!!

早一日reconfirm時間，佢都話無問題，但last min先通知要遲半小時，仲要勁無禮貌,sorry都無句，”hi 2pm”, 呢個時間我一早講左唔得，之後又唔應機，如果我一早見到咁多負評，我會直接拒絕出價。

We had a deal and arranged a date for face trade, which is today. Last night I asked to confirm if we were meeting today at the said time and she only said that she would let me know today. I didnt hear from her so I asked her again today and just a couple minutes before the time we were supposed to meet, she said that she could not make it.. This is terrible.
