Paid through Carousell with shipping included, but was asked to pay shipping again upon delivery. When I requested a refund of the extra shipping fee, the seller placed the blame on me instead. Poorly handled and disappointing experience. 1 star.

To start with, i refunded the shipping fee to you promptly. But the main issue was that you insisted on payment through carousell, and it took me hundreds of messages and 3 months time for carousell to transfer the product cost to me. And you're talking about a small shipping fee that I paid to you in addition to giving off the product to you as well. When I told you the situation, your response was 'lol'. And I only wanted you to stop insisting on it with other sellers.
